Hey there, lovely souls! Today, I want to discuss a topic that's close to my heart and has transformed not only my life but also the lives of many others: Reiki.

Discovering Reflexology and Reiki is what led me to leave accounting and become a therapist. It was, and still is, a big part of my life.

Imagine gentle yet powerful energy flowing through your body, melting away tension, soothing your mind, and restoring harmony to your spirit. That's the essence of Reiki. It's not just a healing modality; it's a journey inward, a pathway to self-discovery, and a tool for holistic well-being.
